Of the top 25 counties, Charles has the lowest educational attainment (number of Bachelor degree holders over 25 years of age) coming in at 28%. Not very impressive for a top 25 county. I’ve always felt the education level was more telling than the median household income. It would be interesting to know how the median household income vs population in each county compares to the number of foreclosures. Just pointing out that there are other considerations to being a top 25 county outside of income.
