Well, C.T. Wilson is running for office alright but who is he going to represent if elected?  According to his last 2 campaign finance reports, Mr. Wilson has received 57 individual campaign contributions.  Only 9 come from residents of Charles County; all $100 or less for a total of $415.00.  The largest contributions and the majority of contributions come from residents or businesses in Prince George’s County.  In addition, Mr. Wilson has received contributions from the political committees of Del. Nathaniel Oakes, Baltimore City ($250), Del. Jay Walker, Prince George’s County ($250), and Prince George’s County State’s Attorney (and Mr. Wilson’s boss) Glenn Ivey ($1,000).  I think that if Mr. Wilson wants to be a delegate for Prince George’s County, he should move to and run from a legislative district there.  Just how dumb does Mr. Wilson and his cronies think we are down here in Charles County?

I notice that in the Maryland “Independent” endorsement of CT Wilson they state “he’s a prosecutor in the region”.  Why did they not come out and say that he is a Prince George’s county prosecutor?  Additionally I’m not quite sure how coming from a “challenging upbringing” qualifies him to be a Delegate.  I agree that C.T. is personable but so are all the other Delegate candidates.  Is this a reason to vote for them???  We should be looking at each candidates committment to Charles County-Sally Jameson, Peter Murphy, Bud Humbert all have extensive records of community service in Charles County.  Where is C.T Wilson’s-look at his campaign website-he’s very busy in Prince George’s County.

Regarding CT Wilson of PG county political connections, I see he is black, and that is supposedly a good color of human to stand next to for photographs in advertising the campaigns of white people. So good, apparently,  that they need to promote an out-of county power base just to look PC here at home.

My problem is that I cannot possibly vote for Gary Hodge (see: flop-over votes for secrecy, destruction of EDD, and his clear record of cowardice to oppose Mr. “5-0” Cooper), so it’s between him and Humbert, who I dont know either.

I suppose I’ll vote Humbert, because although I would love to have a black delegate to represents Charles county, there is not one on the ticket. CT Wilson is clearly a PG-oriented politician, and Humbert has a record of public service here.
