Commissioners to Host Ribbon Cutting for New Courthouse

The Charles County Commissioners are pleased to announce they will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Charles County Courthouse Expansion Project on Tuesday, September 7 at 11:30 a.m.

The ceremony is open to the public and parking is available at the courthouse. Chuck Beall, Director of Charles County’s Department of Planning and Growth Management will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.

Guided tours of the courthouse will be available following the ribbon cutting ceremony.

  • 4. · When a group of elected officials are this unpopular, the last thing you want to stage are photo ops just days before an election. It just draws more attention to their pitiful record and lack of popularity.

    It can’t turn out good for them which of course is exactly what most of us are hoping for so bring it on!

  • 6. · There have been quite a few shoveling occasions lately- nice free picture and publicity- where newbies without the money needed has to pay to get their pictures in the news.
